Easily and quickly calculates the UK-PBC risk score.
The UK-PBC risk score estimates the risk of patients with primary biliary cirrhosis/cholangitis dying or requiring liver transplantation based on laboratory parameters: bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase, and alkaline phosphatase after 1 year of ursodeoxycholic acid treatment together with platelets and albumin at baseline.
The UK-PBC risk score was originally described by Marco Carbone and others and published in the journal Hepatology.
